YES! We ship our products on different courier depending on your location. We use Lalamove for same day delivery and J&T for 2-3 days of delivery. Delivery fee is shouldered by the buyer.

Yes, the backdrop cover is washable. However, please avoid using bleach and do not dry the fabric in a heat dryer, as this may cause shrinkage.
Can I iron the backdrop cover?
Yes, you can iron the backdrop cover to remove small creases, especially on first use. We recommend using a steam iron for best results in smoothing out the fabric.
Once the fabric is installed and zipped tightly onto the frame, most small creases become negligible and the backdrop will appear clean and seamless.
Is the size of the backdrop frame adjustable?
No, the size of the backdrop frame is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
Is the backdrop frame collapsible?
